New Mentor Training

Our New Mentor Training is provided through Fresh Start Innovative Mentoring. Lunch will be provided at no cost and there is no obligation to commit at this time. This is a great opportunity to get a detailed understanding of what being a mentor for women in our program means. If you are interested in being a part of helping uplift a life and strengthen community ties, our training will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed. 

The training includes comprehensive modules on effective communication, understanding the unique challenges faced by women on probation, and developing empathy and supportive strategies. Participants will also learn about legal and ethical considerations in mentoring, as well as the importance of maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
